Matthew 9:37 says  “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few”. 

Kids are the future generation.  They are the future disciples. Teaching  kids to experience God at their early age will make them grow with passion to serve and show God’s love to others.  Training them on their early age will make them be the next preachers, teachers, praise worship leaders and missionaries.
